Hi, I’m Simi, and I don’t have it all figured out. I’m trying, learning, napping, unlearning, and doing my best to enjoy life the way it deserves to be enjoyed. The best part? There’s so much room to feel better. And I love that for us.

This space is about well-being that feels human, joyful, and simple. If you’ve been feeling like this is harder than it should be, you’re not alone.

Making room for better

7%
Only 7% of us wake up feeling rested.
25%

67%
67% of people say they don’t have time for themselves.

We’re juggling work, life, dreams, and the tabs we keep open in our heads … and if we’re being honest our well-being keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list. The numbers don’t lie.

It’s not just you

Most of us are running on caffeine and a little prayer, and hoping no one notices. We weren’t designed to live like this.

My wake-up call

As a twenty-something, I was deep in it. Rushing, working past my bedtime, eating takeout on autopilot, letting my sneakers gather dust, the works. Eventually I realized I didn’t want life to feel like one long sigh, so I started paying attention and asking better questions.

Untapped Well-being is where I share what I’m learning along the way. The reflections, experiments, and science that finally make sense. If any of this resonates, you’ll find more below.

Get to know me

There’s so much noise and so many musts out there, but the good thing is none of it actually matters. Well-being is personal. It’s about joy, small shifts, and a lifestyle that makes sense in your real life.

Let joy lead, you follow

I’m keeping it simple. That’s usually where the good stuff starts anyway.
